Innovation and sustainable development
An eco-responsible company.
Raymond Emonet SA sees innovation and sustainable development as assets that guarantee the durability and quality of its work.
Today, sustainable development means questioning practices once considered unchangeable. Drawing on reflection and innovation within the company, we work every day to find ways to reduce our environmental impact and to build more responsibly.
Our aim is to contribute to tomorrow, and that is the spirit in which our company is growing.
Recycling and reuse of building materials
Materials from our sites are sorted, recycled and reused whenever possible.
Optimised transport
We plan our journeys and deliveries to keep the distance travelled to a minimum.

Our site machinery is fitted with filters that reduce polluting emissions.
Treatment of site water
Water from our sites is settled and treated before being discharged.
Site waste management
Every site sorts its waste according to the appropriate disposal channel.
Environmentally friendly materials
We favour healthy, durable and, wherever possible, local materials.
Low-energy buildings
Insulation and building techniques are designed to reduce energy needs.
Minergie certification
Around ten Minergie-certified residential buildings to our name.
Solar panels on the roofs of our depot
Nearly 1000 m² of panels on our Tatroz depots since 2013.
A responsible company.
People working in construction are exposed to the risk of accidents. It is our company’s duty and responsibility to protect them.
Our safety officer is a specialist trained in preventing every risk inherent in our activities, and the role is as much educational as it is technical.
Investing in the future.
Switzerland is committed to the energy transition, and R. Emonet SA is also playing its part in the shared effort to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels.
Since 2013, some 1000 m² of solar panels have covered the entire roof of our depots in Tatroz, producing more than 155,000 kilowatt hours of renewable energy every year. This is enough to supply green energy to nearly 40 homes, the equivalent of a quarter of the population of Tatroz.
Gardens in the sky.
Every year brings new construction, and our towns and villages keep growing. This led to a wish to give back to nature the green spaces we take from it, and to help create new living spaces.
We now design our apartment buildings with rooftop gardens, able to welcome the building’s new residents and the wildlife originally present on the plot. With this in mind, we aim to make the best use of available resources to create vegetable gardens on our roofs, watered by rainwater and fertilised with compost from the homes on the floors below.
Denser construction may mean the end of private gardens as we know them, but we want to leave our children a life where nature is still close to home.
Comfort, performance, efficiency.
Energy requirements have increased considerably in recent years. Our buildings are better insulated and more airtight than ever, and every innovation brings its own drawbacks. The Minergie label promotes healthy, environmentally friendly buildings while ensuring an excellent quality of life for their occupants. Reinforced thermal insulation, heating from renewable energy and automated indoor air renewal are the main solutions put forward by the Minergie label.
R. Emonet SA has been active in this field for several years, with around ten certified residential buildings to its name and an average of 2 projects under study each year. Our draughtsmen are trained in thermal performance software, and our technical staff strive to find the best building solutions to meet structural, thermal and aesthetic requirements.
Dare to innovate and live without compromise. Choose Minergie.
