Privacy policy.

1. Processing of personal data

1.1 Nature, scope and purpose

We process the personal data that is essential to providing our services on a continuous, secure and reliable basis. This personal data can be grouped into the following categories: staff and contact data, browsing and device data, content data, metadata or ancillary data, usage data, location data, and sales, contract and payment data.

The period for which personal data is processed is determined by the fulfilment of the intended purpose or by the applicable law. Personal data that is no longer required is either anonymised or deleted.

In particular, we process the information that data subjects provide to us voluntarily and personally when they contact us, whether by post, email, contact form, social media or telephone. This information may be stored, for example, in an address book or similar tools. If you provide us with personal data relating to third parties, you are responsible for ensuring the protection of their data and its accuracy.

Personal data from job applications is only processed insofar as it is necessary to assess suitability for an employment relationship or for the subsequent performance of an employment contract.

The personal information required to complete the application process results from the data requested or provided, in particular in connection with a job offer. Applicants may also voluntarily provide additional information with their application.

1.2 Processing of personal data by third parties, in Switzerland and abroad

We may entrust the processing of personal data to appointed third parties, process it together with third parties, or transfer it to third parties. These third parties include, in particular, the service providers whose services we use. We undertake to ensure adequate data protection for these third parties.

These third parties are mainly located in Switzerland and in the European Economic Area (EEA). However, they may also be located in other countries. This is possible provided that, according to the assessment of the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), their data protection legislation guarantees an adequate level of protection. In other cases, adequate data protection may be ensured by means of an appropriate contractual agreement, in particular by using standard contractual clauses, or by means of an appropriate certification.

Some of our service providers, in particular Google, Cloudflare, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn, are companies based in the United States. Personal data may therefore be disclosed to the United States. In this case, data protection is ensured by these companies’ certification under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the Swiss Federal Council, or by standard contractual clauses.

2. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure data security, in particular during processing.

Access to our website is secured by transport encryption (SSL / TLS, in particular with the HTTPS protocol), which is generally indicated by a padlock in the address bar of most browsers.

3. Information about cookies

We may use cookies on our website. Cookies, whether our own (first-party cookies) or those of third parties used by our services (third-party cookies), are data stored in your browser. Please note that they cannot run programs or transmit malware.

When you visit our website, cookies may be stored temporarily in your browser as “session cookies” or kept for a certain period as persistent cookies.

You can disable or delete cookies, in whole or in part, at any time in your browser settings. We actively request your explicit consent to the use of cookies where necessary.

The list of all cookies used, their duration and description can be viewed at any time by clicking the floating cookie icon at the bottom left of your screen. In this window, you can also adjust your consent preferences.

4. Performance and reach measurement

We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website and assess its reach, as well as the performance of third-party links pointing to our site. This service is provided by the American company Google LLC. However, for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited is responsible.

In addition, Google attempts to track visitors to our website individually, even when they use different browsers or devices. This is known as cross-device tracking, and cookies are used for this purpose. Please note that the use of Google Analytics requires users’ IP (Internet Protocol) address, although Google generally does not combine it with other data.

In all cases, Google anonymises your IP (Internet Protocol) address before carrying out the analysis. As a result, your full IP address is generally not transmitted to Google in the United States.

For more information on the nature, scope and purposes of data processing, please refer to Google’s Privacy and Security Principles and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services

We work with third-party services to provide our offer in a sustainable, secure and reliable way. These services are also used to embed various content on our website. These service providers, such as hosting, storage, video and payment services, may need to use your IP address to deliver the required content. Some of these services may be located outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA), but we ensure that they guarantee adequate data protection.
