That is why, for us, the renovation of the Ferme en Gremy is not just another site: it is a project that reflects everything we have stood for over more than 113 years.
Transforming a historic building into 13 modern, bright and energy-efficient flats while preserving its soul was a challenge our teams took on with passion and precision.
We are proud:
- To have respected the history of the place while providing contemporary comfort.
- To have applied our standards of energy efficiency and sustainable construction.
- To have drawn on our full range of expertise, from design to finishing.
This project embodies the alliance between heritage and innovation that guides each of our projects. More than a renovation, it is a new chapter of history that we are writing, alongside the future residents who enjoy a unique living environment.
R. Emonet SA: building today, respecting yesterday, for tomorrow.
