A family heritage of builders

Founded by Raymond Emonet and his sons, our company has preserved its family character over five generations. To this day, this spirit runs through every aspect of our work, creating an environment where trust, respect and collaboration are paramount.

Training the next generation

At R. Emonet SA, we firmly believe that the future of our industry depends on training passionate young talent. That is why we are actively committed to apprenticeships and professional development:

Mason apprenticeship, Federal VET Diploma (CFC): Every year, we welcome 1 to 2 apprentices for a full 3-year training programme. Our apprentices discover every aspect of the trade, supervised by experienced team leaders.

A career that grows

Our approach to training does not stop at the initial apprenticeship. We encourage our employees to progress throughout their careers:

  1. Team leader: Responsible for organising the teams and ensuring masonry work is carried out properly, the team leader directs the work on site. A 2-year part-time training programme leading to a federal certificate (“EP”).
  2. Site foreman: His role is to coordinate large-scale works and structures, ensuring proper coordination with the team leaders. A 1-year part-time training programme leading to a federal certificate (“EP”).
  3. Site manager: Responsible for planning and monitoring sites, the technician coordinates and oversees the technical and administrative follow-up of the works. We also offer the opportunity to complete a 2-year part-time training programme to become a site manager and obtain a federal diploma (“EPS”).
  4. Building contractor: Responsible for running a masonry business, it is possible to complete a 2-year part-time training programme to become a building contractor and obtain the federal master’s diploma (“EPS diploma”).

Each stage brings learning and responsibility, while staying connected to the work on the ground.
